  •  Insurance  Cover.  To help ensure that your organisation runs as smoothly as possible, we offer our clients insurance solutions to protect our clients should the unexpected happen.  This insurance is offered as part of our  Employment Law and HR retainer, as we know from our clients this is what they want.  As such, we do not make any commission, profit or charge for arranging this cover for your organisation.  We are not an insurance broker and we support our clients in researching the whole market for the insurance product that best suits its requirements, however here is an outline of the policies we can easily arrange for your organisation as part of our retained service.


  • Employment Tribunal Cover.  This policy covers all costs associated with an Employment Tribunal Cover.  This policy covers all costs associated with an Employment Tribunal Claim, including all legal costs and the cost of any settlement or award (save in relation to any contractual element).


  • Employment Restrictive Covenants.  This policy covers your organisation legal costs should an employee or more likely, an ex-employee breach their restrictive covenants, for example by providing your client list to a competitor.


  • Statutory License Appeal.  If your organisation’s trade depends on a license that is revoked, then this policy covers the legal costs of challenging that decision.


  • Health and Safety Criminal Prosecutions.  This policy covers the legal costs of defending a criminal H&S prosecution.


  • Data Protection Cover.  Should your organisation find that it is being prosecuted for a potential breach of the Data Protection  Act 2018, then this policy will cover your legal fees for defending against that allegation.
