We have significant knowledge in advising employers and individuals on all aspects of employment law. We provide all the legal support you may need, delivering advice from the start of a potential claim through to its conclusion by settlement or litigation.

We provide representation – advising you on the potential dispute and conducting advocacy at Employment Tribunal hearings. Where applicable, we will also instruct highly regarded barristers to carry out the representation of your claim in the tribunal or courts.

If you are uncertain whether you would still be entitled to bring a claim, speak to one of our experienced employment solicitors who will provide you with clear and practical advice.
